Vaginal tip of the week..

Vaginal Health is very important!  I wanted to find more ways other than steaming to assist with a healthier "Candy".  With lots of research and focusing on foods for the specific areas of the body, I found some really good tips I wanted to share. 
I use my "Candy Steam" regularly, but focusing internally is like a double whammy!  To my surprise one of my favorite fruits is extremely beneficial to the vagina.
Don't trip, I've included a recipe as well, because if I'm completely honest, I hated avocados at first until I learned how to properly prepare and season them.


Vaginal/Libido benefits of this amazing fruit...

1. Ample healthy fats

2. Vitamin B-6

3. Potassium

4. Enhances natural lubrication

5. Increases estrogen levels

6. Strengthen vaginal walls

Avocado toast recipe

1 Avocado
1/2 of a Lime's juice
Crushed red Pepper - a pinch or 2 or even 3
Kosher salt
Black Pepper


How to prepare..

Pit the Avocado and place into bowl, squeeze the half of a lime's juice, a pinch or 2 of kosher salt, pepper and a pinch of the crushed red pepper.
Smash and mix with fork until a smooth consistency.  Add a few more red pepper flakes, mix well.
Toast your wheat bread (2 pieces) add your spread on top and of course more Red Pepper Flakes.. ENJOY!
